United Methodist Children's Home to appear on The Celebrity Apprentice

We have been processing online donations for The United Methodist Children’s Home of the North Georgia Conference for the past 8 years. We appreciate their business and have enjoyed working for their good cause. I wanted to pass along some exciting news from them below.

The United Methodist Children's Home is excited to announce that we have been been selected by Grammy Award-winning music producer, rapper and entrepreneur Lil Jon as his designated charity while he competes on NBC's hit show The Celebrity Apprentice!

During the show's twelve-week run, Lil Jon and the other contestants will compete for cash prizes and the title of "Celebrity Apprentice." Each celebrity contestant will be competing for a charity, who will receive all of the winnings the contestant accrues throughout the show. The Celebrity Apprentice will premiere on March 6, airing on NBC Sundays from 9-11 pm.

The Children's Home is grateful that Lil Jon chose us as his charity - this is a very exciting opportunity! Any prizes that Lil Jon wins for us will be used to help us continue serving abused children and struggling families. We also hope this awareness of our programs and the lives that are being changed by the ministry of the Children's Home will inspire others to support our work and mission.

We will have a page on our website with show updates and will be updating our Facebook fans as well. We'll all find out together how Lil Jon does on the show. Watch with us on Sunday nights at 9:00 starting March 6.

Watch a video of Lil Jon talking about why he chose UMCH below.
